Playdate in Somerset
Today we got our first playdate invitation. Sacha invited us to the other Sasha’s house.
It ended up that her little boy, Joshua, was in Ryan’s class. (This will be a general theme of our blog: this is a small island).
Well, we drove into this property that was hidden away off of a dirt road and I was in heaven! It looks like and old plantation home you see in Louisiana, but Bermuda style (see photos below). We had such a fun time we didn’t want to leave. They had a huge Great Dane puppy that was the sweetest dog you have ever met.
We got to explore the garden and do some taste testing, have some “smoked” tea (yuck), and swing on an old Banyon tree. What a fun day!
