So…the SpencerIsland Tiki Bar becomes a reality. Well…almost. What started as cutting down a few pieces of Bamboo from SpencerIsland…the detailed blue prints….marked in the sand my Mr. Packer (drawing out a rectangle and stating….”…it looks good, let’s build it right here…”) the SpencerIsland Tiki Bar was born.
On a rainy day in Bermuda….there was nothing better to do but begin construction on the Tiki Bar. A huge thank you to Stix and Packer for getting the ball rolling… We are almost ready to open for Happy Hour.
